By using HireSort, you agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws, including employment and data-protection rules in your region. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process candidate data and for your hiring decisions. AI output is a decision-support aid, not a substitute for human judgment.
Service
Features, limits, and availability may change. We aim for reasonable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access during beta or early access periods.
Accounts
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account except where we are clearly at fault.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, HireSort and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. In no case shall our aggregate liability exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred (100) US dollars if you have not paid fees.
