Is my data used to train public models?
Your job text and CV content are used to run the features you request (e.g. scoring) according to your deployment and provider settings. See our privacy page for a plain-language summary.
Do I need an ATS?
No. HireSort is for teams who still live in email and attachments but want a simple way to compare candidates against one role, without migrating everything into a big ATS.
What does it cost?
We are rolling out a Free tier and paid plans with clear limits. See pricing for the latest.
Can I export or delete my data?
Export candidates from a session where the feature is available. Deleting a candidate or session removes that data from the app as implemented; check our privacy page for retention and backups on your deployment.
How is this different from a simple % match?
HireSort scores against the criteria and job text for that session and shows strengths, gaps, and minimum bars, so you can explain decisions, not only sort by a single number.
